PSSSB Clerk Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria
The candidates who wish to become a Clerk in the Punjab Government must fulfill the minimum eligibility requirements. The PSSSB eligibility requirements are based on parameters like age limit & educational qualification.
Educational Qualifications
Those who wish to apply for the PSSSB Clerk posts must have the following qualifications.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
- At least 120 hours of a computer course with working knowledge in:
(i) Office Productivity Applications
(ii) Desktop Publishing Applications
(From a Government-recognised or ISO 9001 certified institution) - OR ‘O’ Level Computer Course certificate from DOEACC (Government of India).
Punjabi Language Requirement
- Must have passed Matric with Punjabi as a compulsory or elective subject.
- Punjabi language qualifying test (Matric level) with minimum 50% marks is mandatory.
